1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MPlay ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms at any time—continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility

One Account Per Person
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- All activity under your account
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All Bets Are Final
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In case of technical failure, bets may be voided and stakes refunded.
Bonus Terms
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Attempting to abuse bonuses (including using multiple accounts) will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

- Creating multiple accounts
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools

- Money laundering or fraudulent activity
- Collusion with other players
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
8. Limitation of Liability
Gambling involves risk. We do not guarantee winnings. Past performance does not indicate future results. Our maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for:

9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes should first be raised with our Support team within 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under Curaçao law.
