Step 1: Go to Settings โ Verification
Step 2: Upload ID document (front and back if applicable)
Step 3: Take selfie holding your ID
Step 4: Submit and wait for review

Typical: 24-48 hours
During peak times, it may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive an email when complete.

Document rejected - blurry
Ensure good lighting, hold steady, and check focus before submitting.
Name doesn't match
Your ID name must exactly match your account name. Contact support if you need to update your account.
Verification stuck pending
If pending for more than 72 hours, contact support with your username.
