Deposits & Withdrawals Guide

Everything you need to know about funding your account and cashing out winnings.

⬇️ How to Deposit

Step 1: Go to Wallet

Click the Wallet button in the top navigation, then select Deposit.

Step 2: Choose Currency

Select your cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, TRX). We recommend USDT TRC20 for lowest fees.

Step 3: Select Network

⚠️ Important

Always verify the network matches where you're sending from. Wrong network = lost funds.

For USDT, choose TRC20 (lowest fees) or ERC20 (if sending from Ethereum).

Step 4: Copy Address & Send

Copy your unique deposit address and paste it in your wallet/exchange withdrawal. Double-check before sending!

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation

Deposits credit after 1 network confirmation. Typical times:

  • • USDT TRC20: 1-3 minutes
  • • Ethereum: 5-15 minutes
  • • Bitcoin: 10-60 minutes

⬆️ How to Withdraw

Step 1: Go to Wallet → Withdraw

Click WalletWithdraw and select your currency.

Step 2: Enter Your Address

Paste your external wallet address. Make sure it matches the selected network!

Step 3: Enter Amount

Minimum withdrawal: $10. We cover network fees for withdrawals over $50.

Step 4: Confirm

Review details and confirm. If you have 2FA enabled, enter your code.

Processing Time

Most withdrawals process in under 10 minutes. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Deposit not showing after 30 minutes

1. Check transaction status on blockchain explorer (Tronscan, Etherscan)

2. Verify you sent to the correct address

3. Confirm you selected the right network

4. If confirmed on blockchain but not credited, contact support with TX hash

Sent to wrong network

Contact support immediately with your transaction hash. Recovery may be possible but is not guaranteed and may incur a recovery fee.

Withdrawal pending for more than 24 hours

1. Check if verification (KYC) is required for your withdrawal amount

2. Ensure your account has no pending wagering requirements

3. Contact support with your withdrawal reference ID
