๐ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds an extra layer of security. Even if someone gets your password, they can't access your account without your phone.
Step 1: Download Authenticator App
Install Google Authenticator or Authy on your phone (iOS/Android).
Step 2: Go to Security Settings
Navigate to Settings โ Security โ Two-Factor Authentication
Step 3: Scan QR Code
Open your authenticator app, tap +, and scan the QR code shown on screen.
Step 4: Enter Code & Save Backup
Enter the 6-digit code from your app. Save your backup codes in a safe place!
โ ๏ธ If you lose your phone and backup codes, account recovery is difficult. Store backup codes securely.
๐ Password Management
Change Password
Go to Settings โ Security โ Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
Forgot Password
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for a reset link (check spam folder)
- Click the link and create a new password
Password Requirements
- โ Minimum 8 characters
- โ At least one uppercase letter
- โ At least one number
- โ At least one special character (!@#$%)
๐ค Login Issues
Can't log in with correct password
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
2. Try a different browser or incognito mode
3. Check if Caps Lock is on
4. Use the password reset option
2FA code not working
1. Ensure your phone's time is synced automatically (Settings โ Date & Time โ Automatic)
2. Wait for the code to refresh and try the new one
3. If still not working, use a backup code
4. Contact support if you've lost all backup codes
Account locked
Accounts lock after 5 failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support for immediate unlock.
โ๏ธ Account Settings
Change Email
Settings โ Account โ Change Email. You'll need to verify both old and new email addresses.
Change Username
Settings โ Account โ Change Username. Username can be changed once every 30 days.
Session Management
Settings โ Security โ Active Sessions. View and revoke access from other devices.
